Delicious Lamb
To make the lamb, you will need the following:
- Two teaspoons oregano
- Seven tablespoons olive oil
- Four stalks parsley
- Two tablespoons lemon juice
- Two teaspoons capers
- Rock salt
- One lamb shoulder sirloin (without bone) per person
You will also need:
- A blender
- A skillet
- A baking pan
- An oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Making the Dressing
To start out, you will put the capers, oregano, parsley, lemon juice, and six tablespoons of olive oil into the blender and blend until smooth (little bits of parsley are okay).
The Lamb (part One)
To begin,use the last tablespoon of olive oil on the skillet, heat skillet to medium temperature, and cut off any large bits of fat on the lamb. Then, rub the lamb with rock salt and 1/3 of the dressing. After that, sear the lamb on both sides for two minutes each.
The Lamb (part 2)
After the lamb is seared, put it into the baking pan, and use 1/3 of the dressing on top of the lamb. Cook it for 20 minutes before taking out. Dribble the last of the dressing on top of the lamb and serve.
