Delicious Garlic Fries!

These garlic fries are my favorite potato snack! They are easy to make and the ingredients won't take you out of your way!

Ingredients!

Most of the ingredients and easily found in your home. If you don't have them, they're easy to find in a grocery store.
1.) 2-3 Good sized potatoes
2.) 2 Tablespoons of chopped up parsley
3.) 4 Minced Garlic Cloves or 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
4.) 3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil (not together)
5.) Some Salt and Pepper
6.) Pam or non-stick spray

Gather all the ingredients and then continue to the next step!

Preparation!

Once you're sure you have all of the ingredients, turn on the oven and preheat to 450 degrees (Fahrenheit).

Next, grab the potatoes you gathered, a cutting board, and a knife. Cut the potato into flat pieces about 1/3 of an inch high. Look at the picture if that sounds confusing! Now cut those pieces into strips about 1/3 of an inch wide. Make sure they are about all the same size. Once you have a whole bunch of uncooked fries, put them in a bowl. Now get the vegetable oil and measure out 2 and 1/2 tablespoons. Pour that into the bowl and then toss the fries so they are all coated in it. Make sure they are all coated. Then sprinkle some salt and pepper to give them some flavor.

Now, get a baking sheet with a rim and spray it with some Pam. Then lay out all the fries onto it. Make sure no fries are overlapping each other.

As soon as the oven is ready slide the tray of fries into the oven. Set a timer for thirty minutes and go relax for a little while.

When you hear the beep of the timer, take them out and change the oven's temperature to 500 degrees. Once it's at 500, put them back in for another 5 minutes. They should turn a wonderful golden-brown color. That's how you know they're done!

Take them out again after the five minutes and set them aside to cool a little bit.

Now put 1/2 of a tablespoon of vegetable oil in the bowl you used earlier. Mix it with the garlic and parsley. Then, add the cooked fries and mix them around so the garlic mixture coats them. Let them cool to room temperature and there you go, a perfect snack food for any time or place!
