Delicious Fried Ice Cream

Ingredients
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream (I have tried different flavors of ice cream, I think vanilla works best with the sweetness of the toppings.
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
I use a 13 X 9 casserole dish, spray with butter flavored Pam

Set your Ice Cream out to softened
In a large bowl crush corn flakes, melted butter, coconut, and brown sugar
Press 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of the casserole dish
Spread the softened ice cream on top of the mixture, cover with the rest of the topping
Freeze for 2 hours
This is so sweet, cold, crunchy and delicious!!!!!!!
