Delicious Cheesecake Brownies
Who would want boring brownies when you can have delicious cheesecake brownies? This recipe is super easy to make, very moist, and best of all tastes absolutely delicious!
In this instructable I am going to share my recipe for delicious cheesecake brownies and instructions to make this yummy treat!

Please use caution when opening and closing oven oven. Remember to use pot holders when handling baking pan.
Ingredients and Tools
Tools:
- 2 Measuring Cups
- 2 Mixing Bowls
- 1 9" x 13" Baking Pan (I prefer a dark coated pan)
- Spray Olive Oil
Ingredients:
- 1 Box Pilsbury Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix (13 x 9 Family Size)
- 2/3 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Package Cream Cheese (8 ounce)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat Oven & Prep Pan
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees for dark coated pan
- Set to 350 degrees for metal or glass pan
- Coat the bottom of the banking pan with non-stick cooking spray
Prepare Brownie Batter
In medium size bowl, combine:
- Brownie Mix
- 2/3 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Eggs
Stir with spoon for 50-60 strokes until you no longer see the brownie mix when stirring.
Set bowl with brownie mix aside.
Prepare Cheesecake Mix
- Place one package (8 ounce) of cream cheese in microwave safe bowl.
- Place bowl in microwave for 30 seconds to soften the cream cheese.
Once cream cheese is softened, take bowl out of the microwave and stir in the remaining cheesecake mix ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Stir well. Note, cheesecake mix will be slightly lumpy.
Assemble and Bake
- Pour brownie batter into prepared pan
- Add cheesecake batter in lines on top of brownie batter
- Using a butter knife, swirl cheesecake batter across the top of the brownie batter (do not mix)
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 29 minutes
- Toothpick will come out clean when brownies are done
