I like this recipe because it is delicious and they are like any other pancakes in shape and texture, actually they are even better. If you want to scale or make less you need to take into account 1 tbsp flour and 1 egg per banana. Each banana will produce between 2-3 pancakes.
Supplies
Ingredients for 2 people:
2 bananas
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional:
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp grounded coconut
Milk

If you would like to have more pancakes, add a bit of 1/8l milk. Take care that the mix is not too liquid.
Put the Pancakes on a Hot Pan

I normally add a bit of butter before, so they do not stick. It depends mostly on your pan.
Turn Them When Burbles Appear

When some bubbles start appearing, it means it is time to turn them. Around 2min later you can check if they are already clocked from the other side. I like to turn them again for 1min more, so they are nicer.
Serve

If you make more pancakes, a good way to keep them warm is to put them inside a basket with a blanket and then you can enjoy them all together. If you donĀ“t have a basket, a blanket will do. Enjoy!
