Deep Fried Pork Ribs
Here we have some of my deep fried ribs. Don't let this intimidate anyone; you can do this easily inside of 10 minutes.
Seasoning
Cut the ribs up into individual ribs and get ready for prep. After the ribs are cut, rinse them off with water and dry them with paper towels. Then it is time to season; I did not bread these ribs (you can), so I just put the seasoning on them and tossed them in a bowl. I used a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, Cheyenne powder, ancho powder, and some Harley's rub (secret spice).
Cook & Finish
Place them in the fry basket and let them cook. It doesn't take that long if you heat the oil to 375 degrees: the meat cooks much faster than poultry. Wait until the ribs bubble just a little bit and see if the heat goes back up to 375. If it does, you are good to go. Enjoy your ribs Instructable people!
