Deep Fried Asparagus

When I was a kid I barley ate vegetables but throughout the years I started liking asparagus. On the other hand I have always liked fried food, especially the crunch. Based on my love for asparagus and fried foods, I want to fry my favorite vegetable and make it have the best crunch. In addition, I think that paring the fried asparagus with a ranch style sauce, will make it the best apetiser or afternoon snack.

- Cut asparagus to a preferable size.
- in a bowl add 1 yellow lime, oil, paprika and mix.
- pour evenly on asparagus .
- pour a little bit of oil and a little cube of butter on a pan.
- let the asparagus sit for a few minutes and then take out.

before frying you want to create a mixture to make it delicious.
- add 1/3 of a cup (flour)
- garlic powder (as much as you want)
- Paprika
- touch of salt
- cup of water
- mix
- more flour to the asparagus and mix
- put the asparagus on the mixture
- make sure the are really covered
- then put them in pan for 5 minutes
- put the fried asparagus in a plate with paper towel to take exes off.

in the first step we did a mixture to cook the asparagus before frying them.
- poor mixture in bowl
- add mayo
- mix
- serve
