Dark and Stormy Cocktail

A classic Dark and Stormy with its little spicy kick is a great drink for a cloudy day!

Truth be told, I love making these delicious cocktails, whether the weather calls for rain or sunshine.

You'll need:

• Ginger beer
• Dark rum (spiced rum also works great)
• Ice
• Lime wedge (see my instructable on how to cut limes like a bartender)

Put ice in your glass.

Add one shot of dark rum.

Top with ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
