Dark Chocolate Walnut Protein Pancakes

A Delicious Healthy Hearty Breakfast from yours truly!

Supplies

  • 2 ⅔ cups Flour (sifted)
  • 6 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 2 cups Milk ( or milk substitute I used a protein shake for added protein)
  • 1 Scoop of whey vanilla protein powder
  • 1 dark chocolate bar chopped
  • 1 half cup of chopped walnuts
  • lite syrup

  1. In a large mixing bowl mix all of your ingredients together
  • Heat the stove top to medium heat and add your oil

  1. Once the pan with the oil is hot add your mixture to the center filling the bottom of the pan
  2. Wait until you see bubbles in the mixture and that is when they are ready to flip for perfection
