Daniels Protein Bars

protien bar final pic.jpeg

For my instructable, I used many different and healthy ingredients to make protein bars. I gathered ingredients that were high in protein like delicious walnuts and pumpkin seeds. One of the main ingredients that was used in my protein bars was whey protein isolate. The protein powder is extracted from milk and provide an earthy and nutty taste. My goal in making these protein bars is to have a delicious taste while providing a low sugar content with a good balance of healthy fats, fiber and protein. Have you ever wanted to eat desert but the desert you eat is very unhealthy, well these proteins bars are extremely healthy and they taste very good as well. Remember to take care of your body as it's the only one you have.
