Cover the same side you covered with duct tape with aluminum foil. Put the aluminum foil over the duct tape.

Flip to the other side. Put duct tape on the aluminum foil on the back so that it will stay.
Repeat steps 1-4 three more times to end up with four pads

Base

Get a large square of wood (we used cardboard since we don’t have wood that size) that all of the pads can fit on. Lay the pads on in a plus formation with a 1 1/2 feet by 1 1/2 feet unfilled square in the middle.

Aluminum "Wires"

20200224_114438.jpg

Make four thin long piece of aluminum foil by folding an aluminum piece 4-5 times to make “wires”.

Connecting the Pads

20200224_115041.jpg

Use the aluminum “wires” to connect each of the four boards to the makey makey board. Duct tape the aluminum “wires” to the bottom of each pad.

Duct tape the aluminum “wires” to the wooden or cardboard board. Make sure that none of the aluminum “wire” is sticking out. However make sure that just enough is sticking out for an alligator wire to clip onto. Also make sure that the aluminum “wires” don't touch another pad’s aluminum or another “wire”

Wristband

20200226_115447.jpg

Make a duct tape wristband by attaching to duct tapes to each other, (sticky face on the inside)

Attach a piece of aluminum to the inside of the wristband that has a short piece of aluminum sticking out.

Lastly for this step, attach a small piece of masking tape on one end of the strip.

Grounding

20200226_114421.jpg

Get an alligator wire and attach it to the ground part of the Makey Makey.

Attach two or three alligator wires together to make one long wire. Clip one end of the long alligator wire to the aluminum piece sticking out of the wristband.

You can use it by wrapping the duct tape around your wrist and use the masking tape to stick it on.
