DIY Small Motor Pump

Hello guys !.....

This instructable helps you to build your own motor pump....

this motor works on the principle of centrifugal force....

I have built a small motor pump using a small motor......u can build it by using a big motor too.....

the most important thing is that you can use any plastic container....any motor...any thing....but it should fulfill the basic requirements of the pump motor.......

parts list.......

1. plastic container (should be in cylindrical shape.........)

2. glue (I used fevitite )

3. pen cap and refill...... (any)

4. plastic sheet (any)

5. motor (any)

thats all guys,..............!

Take the container drill the holes on the top and bottom ends of the container as shown in the fig....

the hole on the top is used to attach the motor.......

the hole at the bottom end is used as a inlet for water flow.....

the next step is to attach the motor to the lid of the plastic container as shown in the above image........

you can use any glue like hot gule,fevi quick,fevitite.....etc...

take the pen refill and cut a small portion as shown in the first image........

then cut two rectangular pieces of plastic sheet......as shown in pic 2...........

and attach these 3 materials to make the fan .....in such a way that the refill should be between the two rectangular pieces........as shown in the second pic......

you can use glue or you can screw them up......as I did.....

as shown in the pic u should attach the fan like that........!

make the hole at the cylindrical side of the container in such a way that the fan should be seen through the hole.....

then attach the pen cap to the container as shown in the pic....using a glue.....!

that all......!

Just attach the container's lid to the container as shown above.....

ok

you have built a small pump motor.......!

just watch how its working....................!

you must remember that you need not to build a small motor pump as I did ...........you can use different materials...different techniques to make a new one...
