Cut out a piece of Satin Ribbon measuring 6 cm.

Make 28 such pieces for making the flower petals.

Take a piece of ribbon and fold in half in length.

Trim the corners from one side and seal the same side by burning it with a lighter carefully.

This will give you a rectangle shaped ribbon that is conical from one side.

Gather the ribbon on the non sealed side and burn to seal them similarly.

Take a foam sheet and make a circular cut out to stick the petals on.

Paste the first set of petals onto the outermost edge of the base.

Build the layers of petals

Paste a small cotton Ball in the center of the flower.

Apply adhesive on the cotton's surface and sprinkle tea leaves on it.
