Start by preparing your white tile for the colorful engraving. Spray two coats of different colors on various areas of the tile to create sections of color. Wait for each layer to dry completely before moving on.

Once dry, apply a final layer of matt black spray paint over the entire tile to cover the colors underneath—this will reveal the vibrant layers during engraving.

Upload the File

Connect your NEJE Max 4 machine to your computer and open the Lightburn software. Place the painted tile on the laser engraver's work area and set the focus. Download the skull design DXF file and upload it directly into the Lightburn. Adjust the file size and position to fit your tile's dimensions as needed.
