DIY Wooden Shelves

Two wooden shelves that can be mounted onto the wall. These shelves were made out of one pallet.

Supplies

All you need is a single pallet. As well as a hammer and nails/screws.

Dissasemble

The first step it to take of 3 of the boards on the pallet. Can not be the two boards on the ends.

Cut

Then you want to cut the pallet into thirds.

Bottom

After cutting it into thirds you need to nail two of the boards to the ends of the pallent. This will be the bottom of the shelf.

Split

With the remaining pallet, cut it in half long ways and nail it to top of the shelf.

With the remaining wood of the pallet make 4 5x5 blocks and cut and indent into these. As well as 4 3x3 blocks and cut these into an L shape the same size as the indent, that will slide into the other 4 blocks you cut. Mount the L shaped ones to the shelves and mount the other ones onto the wall evely so you can put the shelves on the wall.
