DIY Tutorial - How to Make Bohemian Style Earrings With Feathers Gold Foil

Material：

• Resin Glue (A Glue & B Glue)
• Gold Foil
• Silicone Abrasives
• Black and White Color Essence
• Feathers (White & Blue)
• Golden Shimmer Powder
• Pearl
• Ear Hook, Necklace, Single Ring and other Hardware Fittings
• Tweezers & Pliers and other Tools

We take a little gold foil with tweezers, and then put it onto the silicone mold（without glue） The gold foil will automatically stick to the surface of the silicone mold. Remember to tear up the gold foil completely and make the foil cover the surface of the silicone mold evenly.

Now we will make the AB glue and the proportion of the A glue and B glue is 3:1. We need 2 containers to separately contain the A glue and B glue. Then we will mix up the 2 kinds of glue and stir it completely. Lay it away for a few minutes so the bubbles of the AB glue would disappear. (Noted that the mixed glue being placed in warm water will accelerate the bubbles’ disappearing)

The successfully mixed AB glue will be divided into 2 shares. One of them will be added with white color essence (1 drops), the other one will be added with black color essence(1 drops). Mix up the glue and color essence completely and we will get the black glue & white glue.

The black glue and white glue will be poured into the silicone molds separately for 12 hours’ placing. The molds have been covered with the gold foil. Wait for the resin glue to dry and mold.

At the same time, we take 4 feathers (blue for 2, white for 2) and place them on a white paper. Then we will paint the left-glue in the cup of the glue we make before onto one side of the feather and put golden shimmer powder on the top side of the feathers. Now we let the golden powder stick to feathers and dry them.

Remove the dried black glue and white glue off the mold.

Now we will combine the dried feathers and the black and white resin glue with the hardware fittings. As shown.
