DIY String Lamp Shade

This is a very, very simple and quick project you can do to spice up the decoration in your house.

I hope you like getting messy, because this project sure is!
We only need:

-A balloon

-Cotton thread (or yarn)

-A light bulb with its fixture

-White glue

I recommend thinning the white glue a little bit to make it easier to work with

Soak the string in the glue, and roll it around the balloon until you get the density you want: if you want a more decorative lamp, put more string around, and if you want a strong light source, put less string!

Then, let the glue dry overnight, explode the balloon, and put in the light bulb.

Easy and simple! Get your kids help you out with this, be careful with the glue, it cannot be swallowed!
