4. For wood cutting, please have a manufacturer with a precision sliding table saw. The reason is that panel furniture has a high requirement for the fineness of the size, and the error should not exceed 1mm.

5. The wooden board is connected by a round dowel method. The advantage is that it is strong, no metal parts are used, and the disadvantage is that it is troublesome, and the processing accuracy is higher. Once the general direction is determined, the size of the drawing can be determined. The drawing is carried out using the Sketch Master software. It is also one of the learning results of the past six months, which is not too difficult.

Wood wax oil is purchased online in advance. According to the recommendations of the merchant, in order to prevent the deformation of the board (the more solid wood, the easier it is to deform, which has little to do with the quality of the wood), it is necessary to apply it before cutting the board.

After that, the board was handed over to the merchant to help cutting. The processing fee for each board was 100 yuan. Considering the huge gap between the cost of the bookshelf and the price purchased in the market, there was no counter-offer with the merchant, and he was only required to cut it. Good, accurate cutting.

A few days later, the manufacturer notified me to pick up the goods, and I was already unable to bear it, and I immediately went to pull the sheet enthusiastically. Very satisfied after inspection, the manufacturer cuts very accurately and finely.

When I got home, I immediately sanded it with sandpaper of various meshes according to the knowledge I learned, and then applied wood wax oil again. This way, one is to prevent the wood from being deformed, and the other is to punch the board once. Since wood wax oil has been used before, I didn't use much oil this time, and even less than half of the last time I used it.

In this process, I once again realized the subtlety of the sentence "If you want to be good at work, you must first sharpen your tools". In order to ensure that the bookshelf can be made successfully this time, I specially bought tools, materials and accessories such as round dowel locators, scribes, pliers, etc., and they are still expensive. These easy-to-use tools have indeed greatly improved the work efficiency and machining accuracy, allowing me to experience endless fun in the process of making bookshelves.

After thinking about it, I haven't come up with a good solution, such as drawing an extension line with a straightedge. I always feel that this method is not very good and is prone to errors. Regardless of him, I have a habit of letting go first when encountering difficulties. Do something else or rest. My experience is: Over time, either a solution to the difficulty will be figured out, or the difficulty can be circumvented, or the difficulty is no longer difficult or even non-existent. You can try my method, but don't blame me if it doesn't work. Sure enough, after half a day, I figured out my solution. The solution is to put the two boards together so that the original edge of the seam is in the middle, and the line can be marked with a scribe. Because there is no other locator to compare, this locator is generally easy to use, especially in terms of skin texture and accuracy. The disadvantage is that it is a little troublesome to adjust. I don’t know if it can be improved in the future, especially The snap ring is very inconvenient to disassemble and assemble, and I think it will be easy to loosen in the future.
