DIY Scooter Modification With Engine Swap

I will show you some photos of the process of restoring a motorized scooter. I hope it will be useful in some way for you who want to restore a goped, scooter, bicycle or something like that.

At first, the motorized scooter was tunned. I took the carburetor apart for cleaning. This scooter uses a centrifugal clutch. Bearings have been lubricated with grease, and the ignition timing has been set.
The motorized scooter, with the original 37cc engine manufactured in 1991, was assembled.

I decided to install a more powerful engine, opting to buy a 75cc 2-stroke engine. The motorized scooter was all disassembled and sanded. A primer, layers of paint and varnish were applied.
See More of the Process on My Youtube Channel. Thanks.
