DIY Scented Bubble Bath Soap Dough

This is a really easy DIY to make! It's tons of fun too! Make a lot in different scents and give it to your friends. You can adjust the ingredients to how you want your dough. If you add less cornstarch, you'll get a silly putty type of dough that soft and flowy. Be sure to use scents made for soap, because you don't want to burn your eyes in the bath! You can also use it as hand soap! Break off a tiny piece and rub it between your hands with a little bit of water!
