DIY Radio Kit Assembly Projects for Adults FM Radio Kit
SIMPLE ASSEMBLY:
This FM radio kit does not require soldering!! The FM module is already soldered, you only need to assemble the battery, antenna, speaker, buttons and cases. If you are a beginner or like to build projects, this Radio kit will be perfect for you.
FM/MW/SW FREQUENCY:
Press "AṂ/FM" to select different bands: FM/MW/SW. FM frequency range: 87-108MHz; MW medium wave range: 522-1620KHz; SW shortwave range: 4.75-21.85MHz. The best receiving effect can be achieved by adjusting the angle of the antenna. In addition, receiving MW medium wave band program does not need to adjust the antenna, it relies on the magnetic rod coil to receive signals, and the machine body must be turned to receive a better signal.
SEARCH AND STORE PROGRAMS:
In the radio state, the user can operate to search all stations and store the programs. Long press the “ALARM” for the M- function, and long press the “ALARM_ON/OFF” for the M+ function. Users can quickly change programs by pressing the "M+" or "M-" button.
POWER OFF MEMORY FUNCTION:
This radio has a time display function, and you can set the correct time according to the instruction manual. When the clock or the radio is turned off, it will remember the local time and the last program that was playing and display them when turned on again. The feature provide convenience to users. With the radio automatically remembering the last program played, users don't have to waste time finding and selecting their desired program again.
RECHARGEABLE:
The battery icon displays the current battery power. When the battery icon is 0, the battery power is low and needs to be charged. Plug in the charger, the battery icon flashes, indicating that it is being charged. After full charge, the battery icon is full and stops flashing. 5V mobile phone charger (Type-C interface) can be used to charge for it. (USB cable and charger are not included).

Cut About 1mm Around Gap on Acrylic Battery Bracket Board, Which Are Convenient for Subsequent Installation of Copper Column.
Note: Scrape with a knife or cut carefully with pliers BUT do not damage the acrylic plate.
Fix 1pcs 4*7*50mm Magnetic Rod Antenna on Acrylic Battery Bracket Board by 2pcs 2.7*80mm White Cable Tie.
Fix 1pcs 3.7V/1000mAh Polymer Lithium Battery on Acrylic Battery Bracket Board by 2pcs 2.7*200mm White Cable Tie.
Fix 4pcs M2*11mm Copper Pillar on KCX_RADIO Audio Receiver by 4pcs M2*4+3mm Copper Pillar Screw.
Fix KCX_RADIO Audio Receiver on Acrylic Battery Bracket Board by 4pcs M2*5mm Screw With 1pcs Antenna Connect Wire.
Note: the smaller terminal place on Acrylic and then fix screw.
Fix 4pcs M2*25mm Copper Pillar on Acrylic Front Board by 4pcs M2*5mm Screw.
Tips: It is not recommended to fix the screws too tightly, so it is convenient to install the rear components.
Place 10pcs 4*7mm White Button Cap on Acrylic Front Board.
Fix 7.5~30cm FM Telescopic Antenna to the Bigger Terminal of Antenna Connect Wire by 1pcs M3*7mm Copper Pillar and 1pcs M3*5mm Screw.
Fix FM Telescopic Antenna Assembly on Acrylic Speaker-Socket-Thick Board by 1pcs M3*5mm Screw.
Fix KCX_RADIO Audio Receiver on Acrylic Battery Bracket Board by 4pcs M2*5mm Screw.
Install Acrylic TOP Board. Note: Antenna Mounting Hole.
Fix 4pcs M2*11mm Copper Pillar on Acrylic Speaker-Socket-Thick Board by 4pcs M2*12mm Screw.
Insert 1pcs 4ohm 5W Speaker to KCX_RADIO Audio Receiver.
Install Acrylic Button Board.
Install Acrylic Left-Side Board.
Install Acrylic Right-Side Board.
Fix 1pcs Acrylic Speaker-Cover-Thin Board, Which Is Used to Fix Speaker.
Install 1pcs M2*5mm Screw to Location Acrylic Back Board at First.
Tips: It is not recommended to fix the screws too tightly, now.
