Now each and every individual wants to have their own mobile phone and after getting the phone. They think what if I can get my own power bank too, which keeps my phone charged every time and I don’t get out of my charge. Many of you will think but some of you will do it practically also. Don’t worry today we are going to see how you can make your own power bank using the simple Integrated Circuit IP5306.

Principle

The Integrated Circuit IP5306 is used for the boosting of voltage charge and the regulation of power electronic source. The battery charge module is similar to the principle of power bank electronic circuit; it also indicates the status of charge indication which you can make a note for the charging applications of electronic gadgets.

The DIY power bank module is simply Integrated with the help of IP5306 for the boost charge and converting power transmission and regulation.

Procedure

DIY Powerbank with IP5306

1: First design the schematic design of your power bank electronic circuit module and cascade it on the PCB remove the excess copper layer with the help of Ferric Chloride FeCl3 and insert your IC IP5306 on the PCB

2: Connect the small Integrated electronic circuit components on the PCB with the help of soldering iron, make sure you won’t disturb the copper line stream with heated iron. Perform soldering carefully

3: After connecting all the required components on the PCB Board connect USB cable power source to the power bank circuit board. If LED blinks means our circuit is working perfectly.

4: Check the voltage at the output whether you are getting suitable voltage required by electronic device or not. Fluctuations in voltage may lead to the thermal breakdown and battery will damage, so please make sure you are getting sufficient voltage.

5: Now connect the device you want to charge, and hurrah our electronic device is charging with our DIY Power Bank integrated with IP5306

Equivalent Part Number of IP5306

The equivalent part number of IP5306 is EL5106, EL5306

Conclusion

The power bank electronic circuit is very simple and quick to fabricate and design consisting of very low components involved. You can easily make your own power circuit with the help just listed electronic components, so for whom you are waiting to get up makes your hand dirty with only a handful practical experience on electronic circuits.
