DIY PCB With Spray Paint (video + Pictures)

you can make PCB at home with high accuracy and fast time with money save .

clean PCB with sand paper 1200 , don't use steal wool coz it make a iron oxide layer over the copper

use 8cm of ethyl alcohol + 3cm of thinner and spray the mixture on the PCB

first use paper towel to remove the access solution

second use laminator or hair dryer and dry the solution

carefully remove remove glossy paper and use some water to clear the track for inspection

i'm use FeCl3 solution for etching , you can see the tracks is so good under 0.5mm width and 0.5mm space

for solder mask just use Green paint spray and cover all surface with thine layer and use oven to cure the paint

• same last technique for heatlless tine transfer you can use on fiber side to legend printing

no need for re open the pads , just use heat from solder iron to burn the paint and solder .

final PCB as good as order one with fast time and less money
