DIY Mini 8 Page Pocket Zine!

Here's a short little instructable showing you how to make a mini 8 page pocket zine, use it as a information booklet, instruction manual, whatever you want!

Materials Needed:
Paper 8 1/2" x 11
Scissors
Creativity

Download the Word Template

You can either make your own or download the template at Zine Template You can also do this on a blank piece of paper to see how it will turn out yourself before writing everything up.

Once you have that take your piece of paper and fold it in half

More Folding

Now open it back up and fold each half to the center, so your paper is folded in quarters

Lots of Folding!

Now take it and fold it in half again, so you have 1 strip

Yep! Folding Again!

Now take it and fold it in half lengthwise

Cutting

Unfold it, all the way and then fold it in half again like the first step make a cut through the backside of the paper halfway up. (you will have creases from your folds in the paper to guide you

Completing

Now take it with the text on the outside and bring the edges of the cut sides together to form a cross, and then continue and fold into a little book

Done!

Thats it, you're all done! Your Zine should have 8 pages (including covers) and should look something like this!
