Supplies

Materials
- 1 piece of scrap wood (we used a 4"x14" piece of particle board)
- 2 mason jars
- 2 mounts
- 2 metal clamps (plumbing section)
- 4 screws
Tools
- Drill
Mount Clamps to Wood

- Mount clamps to wood.
- TIP: screw down one side of the mount, slide the clamp under the mount, screw down the other side
Tighten Clamps on Jars

Slide the mason jars into the clamp. Then, tighten the clamps either by hand or with a screwdriver.
Add the Plants!

We planted succulents layering soil over loose stones. For a kitchen planter, herbs would also be a great choice. After you choose your plant, hang it up on the wall or keep it by a window for light.
