DIY: Magnetic Playboard From a Frame

IMG_3111.JPG

One of my favorite activities is playing board games with my family. It is not only funny but it creates memories and moments that we will keep in our heart for a long time.

But when there are many kids at home it is easy to stop playing games because they are incomplete... right?

In this instructable I am showing how to create a magnetic playboard with a photo frame which is compact, cheap and practical!

Gather Your Materials

Glass can or cannot be used. It depends in how strong your magnets are.

Remove glass to measure size and cut cardstock at the same size.

Use Ruler and Marker to Create Game

Use hot glue gun to add felt to magnets. Use two colors to identify the different players.

For Noughts and Crosses game you need 5 magnets per player. For Connect 4 Game you need 21 magnets per player.

Cut Felt

Cut felt with scissors. If your magnets are round shaped it is easier to keep that shape with the felt.

Create As Many Games As You Imagine!

There are several games you can create! Noughts and Crosses, 4 in a Line... you name it!

Keep Your Magnetic Pieces in the Frame

After playing, you can keep your pieces in the back of the frame so you do not loss them.

Isn't this super funny?

Enjoy!
