DIY Little Mikey

I have a family member that's dressing as Boo for Halloween and wanted to surprise them with this. They had been talking about not being able to find the teddy bear so I thought of making it instead.
Supplies

black and white string, needle, 1/2 yard of grey cloth, 1/2 yard of tan cloth, classic fiber fill, light blue and white paint, paint brush, paper, pen, 1 1/4 inch button, 3/8 inch button, 1/4 inch button, safety pins,
Sewing the Head

I sketched out a sewing pattern for the head, re outlined it on 2 different pieces of tan cloth, and cut it out. I got the 2 pieces pinned them together with safety pins, sewed them together, took the safety pins off, and flipped it inside out. after I flipped it inside out i got a hand full of the fiber filling and put it in the head. Once it felt full and firm I sewed the hole closed with white string so it wouldn't be noticeable. I drew out the sewing pattern for the horns, re drew it on 2 different pieces of grey cloth, pinned them together with safety pins, sewed them together, and took out the safety pins. Once I was done I flipped it inside out, filled it half way with the fiber fill, and sewed it to the top right side of the head. I redid this process and made another horn putting on the top of the left side of the head.
Adding the Details to the Head

I got the biggest and smallest button and painted them white and the second biggest one painted light blue. I stacked them from biggest to smallest with the biggest on the bottom and sewed it on the head where the front would be. I sketched where I wanted the smile with a pencil and sewed out the smile and teeth with black string.
Sewing the Body

I sketched out the sewing pattern for the body, reoutlined it on 2 pieces of tan cloth, pinned them together with safety pins, sewed them together, and took the safety pins off. I flipped it inside out and filled it with stuffing until it was full and firm. With the hole I used to flip it inside out I sewed it closed and sewed the body to the head.
Sewing the Arms

I drew out a sewing pattern on a piece of paper and re outlined it on 2 pieces of tan cloth. I pinned the pieces together with safety pins, sewed them together, took the safety pins out, and flipped it inside out. I filled it with the stuffing till it felt firm and sewed the hole closed. I redid the process so in the end I had 2 arms and sewed both on the body with one on each side.
Sewing the Legs

I drew out a sewing pattern for the legs, re outlined it on 2 tan pieces of cloth, pined them together with safety pins, sewed them together, and removed the safety pin. I flipped it inside out and filled it with stuffing till it felt firm. I repeated this process 3 more times so in the end I would have 4 legs. I sewed the legs onto the doll so in was 4 legs lined up with each other in a row all facing forward.
