Get one toilet paper role and cut a rectangular hole for the switch. We made it close to the top so that we could press it easily.

Get some paint and paint the handle and some small circles for the ends. The top one should have a hole in it for the LED. Attach one of the circles to the end of the handle.

Wiring

The wiring is hooked up to a 9V battery but should be put lower. This can be accomplished by changing it or adding resistors.

Working Handle

Stuff the wires and stuff into the handle and close it with a circle.

Roll up a piece of paper or transparent paper. Then tape it up and tape it to the handle. There you got an eco friendly lightsaber made out of some trash and wires.
