DIY Leather Bracelet

In this tutorial, I'll show you how to make a simple but cool looking leather bracelet. All you need is a strip of leather and some flat metal washers.

Leather Strip

I made my strip out of a leather couch sample. It was not long enough to cut a single 2ft strip, so I cut multiple strips and glued them together.

Strips should be a little wider than the washer hole.

Putting the Bracelet Together

First, put 2 washers on the strip. Live a couple of inches at the end.

Feed the longer end of the strip through the top washer, and feed it back through the bottom one.

Continue this pattern by adding more washers on the strip.

Make a Buckle

I made my buckle out of the same washers.

Find the end of the bracelet where the leather strip is looking up. Feed 2 washers on this end and loop it on the last washer.

You can also make this bracelet with paracord or a polyester strap.
