A Bench Power Supply Is Very Important Instrument For Your Electronics Hobby or Professional Work , Everything Needs Power Supply ! Under 60 $ It's Very Useful DIY Project For Anyone Interested In Electronics.

We're going to make a lab bench power supply rated at 216 Watts ,36 volts & 6 Amperes . Compact Size & Light Weight (500 Grams).

A Single Potentiometer interface makes it Really Easy to Use & Make as Well !

Here Are Technical Specifications.

Output Current 0~6A

Output voltage 0~36V

The voltage regulator / display resolution 0.01V

The minimum resolution of power Display 0.001W

The current regulator / display resolution 0.001A

The minimum resolution of capacity 0.001AH

Output Ripple ≤50mV

1. Connect Switching Power Supply To The B3606 Power supply Module . Watch The Polarity Carefully !

2.Use Zener Diode To Run 12v Fan on 36 Volts .(See Circuit Diagram)

3. Make Sure That There's No Short circuit ! ( With Continuity Testing of Multimeter)

4. Use Hot Glue To Stick All Togather In a Desired Plastic Case

5. Refer This Block Diagram For Connections .

1. To Install this Power Supply Control Circuit To a Desired Location I Made This Extension cables.

2. Make Cut In Plastic Case For Display Buttons & Rotary Encoder.

3. The Hole For The Display Was Some What Messy ,So I Covered It With AntiStatic Bag & Transparant Tape . It Also Helps With The Better Visibility of The Display.

4. Then Hot Glue Switches ,Rotary Encoder & Display Module.

5. Double Checked Everything Works Good !
