DIY Homemade Mobile Charger.
Hello Guys! This is my new instructable in which i am going to show you how to make a mobile charger at home in reasonable price.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Things you will need :
1) Zero Pcb.
2) 7805 IC ( voltage Regulator Ic)
3)Usb female port.
4)Connecting Wires (Ribbon)
5)Soldering Iron.

WORKING WITH ZERO PCB.
We will use all of these components listed above as a sub components on our zero pcb because it is more convenient than other pcb's.
SOLDERING VOLTAGE REGULATOR IC ON PCB.
First of all , w'll insert the voltage regulator ic on zero pcb and then w'll solder it with the help of soldering iron.
After these cut the extra length pins of the ic from the zero pcb to ensure the ic is placed properly on the board.

SOLDERING USB FEMALE PORT
After soldering of voltage regulator ic , its time to fix the usb female port on board .
Just place the usb female port horizontally on the board and solder it remove the extra length pins after soldering.
Tip- place the usb female port in front of ic such that the heat sink of the ic will face oppsite to usb female port.

MAKING CONNECTIONS.
Now w'll do the required connections with the help of ribbon wires on our pcb.
Jus connect the first wire in such a manner that it will ground to the first pin of the ic and connect second wire to the third pin of the ic and connect both the wires to the usb port .

FINAL TOUCH
We are almost done now, just plug the usb cable to the female usb port on the pcb and connect that usb cable to your cellphone and start charging.
Tip- i used 9v battery in this setup.
Voltage regulator ic has voltage range from 7v to 35v.
Thats all guys we are done with the another crazy stuff. Do comments in comm section.
Thanks.
