Wiring Diagram
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Marking & Drilling
- I Used a Philips Head Screw Driver to Open the Encloser
-
And Then I placed the SMPS and Amplifier one by one on top of the bottom part of the Encloser and used a Center Punch to Punch 4 Holes for SMPS and 2 holes for Amplifier
And then I used a 3mm Drill Bit to Drill the Punches
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Drilling Back Panel
- For AC Input Socket I've traced the square on the back panel
- And then used 4mm drill it to cover all the traces "See the Image"
- And then used a Dremel tool to trim
- And then used a bigger file to trim more
- and then used a small file for finishing
- For Audio Output I used a Female Speakon Socket So, I used a 3mm Drill Bit to drill the corresponding holes and then I used a Step Drill bit to enlarge the holes
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Drilling Front Panel
- For Volume Controle I used a 10K Dual Gang Potentiometer So, I used a 3mm Drill Bit to drill the corresponding holes and then I used a Step Drill bit to enlarge the holes
- For led and 3.5mm audio input socket I've used 4mm drill bit
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Assembling of Back Panel
- First, I pressed the AC socket and it automatically locked in the place
- And then I Installed Female Speakon Connector using 2 Screws
- And then soldered wire according to the Wiring Diagram
- And then used some heat shrink
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Assembling of Front Panel
- First, I Installed the Potentiometer
- And then installed the 3.5mm Audio input Socket " See the Image "
- And then installed the Led Socket
- And then soldered wire according to the Wiring Diagram
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Mounting for Amplifier
For mounting the amplifier I've made an L Bracket using aluminium and drilled 2 3mm hole
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Assembly
- First, I Inserted the SMPS and then I've used 4 M3 Screws to tighten it up
- And then I closed the Back panel and used 2 M3 Screws to tighten it up
- And then I've screwed 2 wire along with 2 led wires
- And then I closed the Front panel and used 2 M3 Screws to tighten it up
- And Connected all the wire according to the wiring diagram
- And then I've inserted the amplifier and then used 2 M3 Screws to tighten it up
- and did the rest wiring
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Fuse
- This AC socket comes with the Fuse box So, I've put a 2Amp fuse in it
- Make sure to put the fuse otherwise, it will not work
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Final Assembly
- I closed the Upper panel and used 4 M3 Screws to tighten it up
- And then I've put the volume control knob
- Lastly, I used 4 rubber pad
Note - Please see the images for better understanding
Setup and Enjoy
- Plugged the Power Cable
- Plugged the Speakon Connector
- Plugged the 3.5mm Audio Jack
- Turned the Switch On
- The Amplifier is Finished
- Now Just play and Enjoy
