DIY Herbal Tea for Better Digestion β Simple Ayurvedic Recipe


This simple herbal tea combines fennel, cumin, and mint to support digestion naturally. Inspired by Ayurveda, itβs easy to prepare at home with everyday ingredients.
Supplies

List:
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- A few fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Saucepan and strainer
Boil the Ingredients

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add fennel and cumin seeds. Let them simmer for 5 minutes.
Add Mint & Strain

Add mint leaves in the last 2 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup.
Serve & Enjoy
