DIY Herbal Tea for Better Digestion – Simple Ayurvedic Recipe

This simple herbal tea combines fennel, cumin, and mint to support digestion naturally. Inspired by Ayurveda, it’s easy to prepare at home with everyday ingredients.

Supplies

  1. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  2. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  3. A few fresh mint leaves
  4. 2 cups water
  5. 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  6. Saucepan and strainer


Boil the Ingredients

Add Mint & Strain
