Cut Contact Paper

Cut strips of contact paper that are the length of each PVC pipe and wide enough to wrap around, leaving about 2 inches of space at the the ends where the elbows will attach.

Attach Contact Paper

Real wooden poles cost WAY more than PVC pipes at home improvement stores, so this trick is amazing. Simply peel the backing off of the contact paper strips, place the pipes at the edge of the contact paper and roll the pipes right over to adhere the contact paper. That's it!

Assemble Canopy

Now it's time to assemble using the elbows! You can either do this in the bedroom or in another room where there's more space.

Place in Bedroom

Place the canopy in its place above the bed and use wall stickers to attach it to the wall. I also later added fabric straps and push pins for extra stability so you don't have to worry about anything moving or falling, especially if you have kids and/or pets!

Add Window Scarf & Vines

Dress up the canopy with accessories like a window scarf, faux or real vines, plants and even lights!

All Done!
