Using this tutorial you can decorate your earbuds to be colourful and original!
You will need:
- Embroidery floss
- Lots of time
- Scissors
- Tape
- Earbuds
I'm going to be using ravenclaw colours

Prepare Your Workspace

Prepare your workspace by taping down your earbuds to the workplace. This will keep it from moving. Do not tape down the cord.

Start the Knot

Start by knitting your string. Make the left side of your string shorter than the right or vice versa.

Do the Knot

Take the longer string and place it under the cord, place it over the short string, through the loop you've made, and voila! You have your knot.

Just Keep Going

Continue going under, over, and through, making sure you don't switch the strings around. If you do switch the strings around you won't end up with the desired pattern. Keep on going until your entire earbuds are covered.

To Change Colours (Optional)

You can change the colours by knotting off the first colour snipping the ends and then starting with the new colour. You can do this by re-following steps 2 and 3.
You can hide the ends by either pushing them in later or knotting over them.

To Finish

When your finally done, (pat yourself on the back), knot the ends off and then seal them in with modge podge, glaze, or clear nail polish.
