Convert my old bmx bike into ebike using cheap Kit

I have zero experience in building ebike...
Build Electric Bike Using DIY KIT 250W Motor - i bought a cheap older version conversion kit (battery not included), mounting motor part is very challenging, need a lot of fabrication.
Although a mount bracket comes with the kit, but it doesn't fit every bike, so i had to mod a lot for it to fit my bike, you can see it in the next slide (video).
