DIY Clay Candy Corn

P1030423.JPG

Hey all! I'm back with another Halloween DIY for you! I got this idea when I was making pumpkin stems with my air dry clay and I had a tiny bit leftover. I just made it into the little guy on the left and he turned out great! Let's get started!

Grab Your Materials

For this DIY, you'll need the following:

-Air dry clay

-Pencil

-Paint

-Glitter

-Mod Podge

-Paint brushes

-Clear spray sealer

-Something to protect your work area

-Clay tool

This Clay Has 3 Sides!

Haha.

Cut off a piece of your clay and cut it into pieces. Shape them into triangles and let them dry completely.

Paint It White

Paint the triangles white and let them dry completely.

Line Up!

Now grab your pencil and draw two lines around your triangles. This makes the candy corn sections. Paint them any colors you like and let them dry.

Bling It On, Baby!

Haha, sorry. ;)

If you want bling, break out the Mod Podge (Or white Elmer's glue will work as well) and your glitter. Add the glitter one section at a time and let dry. Alternately, you can add a face with some black and white paints and a fine paint brush.

Seal-abrate Halloween, C'mon!

Now take your little guys outside and seal them with your clear sealer, then place them anywhere you want some Halloween cuteness. ;) Happy Halloween, y'all! :)
