Transportation is a key factor for the development of a country. There are a lot of ways for transportation: roadways, waterways, railways, airways, ropeways and many more. For mountainous countries, cableways are the best means of transportation as roadways are dangerous due to natural calamities like landslides, floods etc. In such cases, cable cars are used for transporting passengers and goods. Also, ropeways are economical when compared to other modes of transportation.

2. Cardboard sheet

3. Glue

4. A pair of scissors

5. Wheels

6. Thread

7. Bamboo

8.skewers Blade

How It Works

11.gif

In this project, we use a motor to travel via a thread. Motor is fixed to a pulley which rotates along with the thread around it. When the pulley is rotated using the motor, the car moves forward. In the same way, if you want to move the car backwards, you simply have to change the direction of the motor. To make it simpler we can send bluetooth commands to set the direction of the car.

1. Cut out three circular cardboard pieces of size as that of the BO wheel and then of radii 2cm and 1cm.

2. Attach the BO wheel to the motor and hot glue the bigger cardboard to the wheel.
3. Now, stick the cardboard piece of radius 1cm on top of the bigger cardboard.

4. Finally, stick the 2cm radius cardboard piece on top of all.

2. Attach two small cardboard pieces as a string holder and then glue them together.

3. Repeat the same on the other side of the wings and then glue it.

10.png

1. Attach the HUB, motor driver module and 9V battery onto the bus.

2. Now, decorate the bus.

3. Pass the string exactly the same way as in the image (The string has to round up alongside the pulley).
