This is an easy instructables to do. 
You can make many different kind of clothespins, for example with a mini chalkboard, magnetized ones, or simple ones.
You can buy the pre made chalkboard paint or do it yourself following all the instruction of this instructables:

WHAT YOU NEED

YOU NEED:
-Chalkboard paint;
-Clothespins;
-Flat piece of scrap wood;
-Flat piece of magnet.

TOOLS:
-Sew;
-Tape;
-Glue.

CUT THE WOOD

Measure your piece of wood and cut it in equal pieces.

PAINT THE PIECES

Tape the edges of pieces of wood and paint it with the chalkboard paint.
Allowed it to dry and remove the tape.

PAINT SOME CLOTHESPINS

Paint with the chalkboard paint one side of some clothespins and allowed to dry.

MAGNETIZE SOME CLOTHESPINS

Cut a piece of the flat magnet, as big as the side of the clothespins and glue it to some of them.

GLUE THE CHALKBOARD

Now glue the mini chalkboard to the plain clothespins.
