DIY Bride Guide: Simple Wedding Favors

Hi! I'm Maverick12 and I'm a DIY Bride. I've been looking for a simple favor that I can make for a lot of people. After spending many hours on the internet I settled on flower seeds. All I had to do was dish them out and dress them up.

First, measure out your flower seeds. I found flower seeds online in bulk. I used a 1/2 teaspoon to place a small scoopful into each bag. The bags are basic organza bags also found online.

I created a simple card, approximately 2" x 3" and punched it with a heart shaped punched. I tied this into the strings on the bag. I felt it added a personal touch to it.

Don't forget to tell your guests what they are! This was brought up to me days before the wedding and I had no clue how to fix it.

I highly recommend printing some stickers (like address labels) to stick on the back explaining what they are.
