DIY Bluetooth Speaker
In this project, I’m going to guide you through building your very own DIY Bluetooth speaker, together we will end up with a sleek, functional piece of audio tech. Whether you want it for your room, desk, or outdoor spaces.

Parts
2x M3 Hex Bolts
2x M3 Hex Nuts
6x M4 Allen Bolts
6x M4 Hex Nuts
1x 12mm Latching Momentary switch
Bluetooth Module Options
Option 1 Bluetooth module (with wires) (try find something similar)(3V-5V)
Option 2 Bluetooth Module (use case 2)
1x Styrofoam Double Sided Tape (Something to mount the Batteries) Highly recommended
Equipment

3D printer (with filament)
Printing the Case
The first step is to make a Case to contain the parts
Here are the download files:
Ensure you download the right file depending on whether you chose and add supports
Option 1 Bluetooth module (DIY Speaker box.stl) or Option 2 Bluetooth Module (DIY Speaker box number 2.stl)
Set Up the Wiring
Speakers
Wire the Bluetooth Module wires to the 2 Speakers
Momentary Latching Switch/4.5V Battery Holder
Step 1: Solder 1 of the Bluetooth Module wires to the Momentary Latching Switch
Step 2: Solder the other Bluetooth Module wires to the 4.5V Battery Holder
Now you should have 1 4.5V Battery Holder wire left over and 3 complete Bluetooth Module wires

Step 1: Place the Speakers and use 6x M4 Allen Bolts and 6x M4 Hex Nuts to attach them in place
Step 2: Now you can add the 4.5V Battery Holder (with batteries) and the Momentary Latching Switch.
Step 3: Now Solder the last wire to the Momentary Latching Switch
Step 4: Attach the Bluetooth Module to either the wall or the centre compartment
Step 5: Put Styrofoam Double Sided Tape on the 4.5V Battery Wire and attach it on the wall
Bluetooth Module 1
Step 6: Attach the speaker wires to the white slot and the battery/switch wire to the red slot
Bluetooth Module 2
Step 6: Attach the Left Speaker wire to the LOUT (Left Output), the Right Speaker wire to the ROUT (Right Output) and the battery/switch wire to the DC50 slot. (Im not sure the what difference ROUT and LOUT have)
Step 7: Close the top and now enjoy your very own DIY Bluetooth Speaker
