DIY Black Cheesecake
Hi! Wellcome to Do It Like A Boss! Today we're gonna try to make black cheesecake for Instructables's Cheese Challenge! If you want to support, please vote for us! Let's start to make this black dream!
Cookie Base
For the base, get 250 gr of chocolate cookie crumbles and mix with 150 gr of melted butter which I colored with black food dye.
Press the crumbles on bottom of the mold and bake it at 330 degrees.
Cheese Mixture
Meanwhile, get 1 cup of sugar and 2 eggs. Beat them until they become creamy.

Add 3 tbsp of flour and black food dye. Mix them again.

After they blended nicely, add 1/2 lemon juice, 1 tsp of vanilla powder, 1 cup of heavy cream which I colored with black food dye and 400 grams of cream cheese.
Bake
Finaly, mix them until they blended well and pour it over the baked crumbles. Bake it at three houndred and thirdy degrees for fothy five minutes.
Blackberry Sauce
After your cake is baked, get a pan and add in 350 gr of blackberry, 5 tbsp of sugar, 100 ml of water and 1/2 lemon juice. Cook them until they melted and blended by heat.
Blackberry Sauce
When it boils, mix 2 tbsp of corn starch and 60 ml of water and pour it in pan. I added a little bit of black food dye 'cause you know... I love black and it's black cheesecake, isn't it?!
Refrigerate
Pour blackberry sauce on the top of the cake and refrigerate it for a night.
Serve
