DIY Arduino Laser-Tag Shoulders Module (Part.3 of 8)
Here is the stage.3 on building up the shoulders modules -- left and right.
Now you can build your own high -tech laser-tag system using Arduino, bringing the futuristic thrill of laser-tag Innovations kits - directly to you. This laser-tag system is a fully functional laser-tag set in kit-form, allowing you to build your own arena and gear.
The complete kit comes with all parts includes the following items (front, back, Phaser Gun parts and Shoulders 3D case, all Resistors, Transistors, I/R receiver diodes, I/R Tx diodes, Laser, Battery Charger, Cable and Body vest with cable and fixing plates attached for you. (plug & play)

Note: The 7.4v lipo battery is not supplied with kit.
DIY Laser-Tag - Shoulders (Part.3)
Laser-tag Phaser gun, before starting this project. Please check all parts against the ----- list below.

0.1uF Cap --------------------------------------------- 3
PCB Screws ------------------------------------------- 8
- Resistors
Insert and solder all the resistors to the PCB in the kit.
- Mylar Capacitors
Insert and solder all mylar capacitors 0.1uf - (104) to PCB.
- 5MM LEDs
Bend the LEDs and then insert into PCB then solder --(Make sure LEDs are flush down on the PCB)
- I/R Receiver Diode
Insert and solder all I/R Sensors to PCB.
-2.5MM PCB Socket
Insert the 8 pin sockets to the bottom of the PCB.
-Finished Shoulder PCB
The finished shoulder PCBs, (Left / Right side) now ready for testing. Check that components are solder and inserted the correct way round (I/R receiver diodes, and 5mm LEDs.)
Do the same Assembly again for the other PCB that is supplied with this kit (Phaser Gun )
