MVI_4110.00_06_42_41.Still075.jpg

I made a 30 watt rechargeable speaker box using TPA3110 class-D amplifier board. It's sound quality is really awesome. There are 3 control potentiometers at which we can control volume, treble and bass. You guys also can make it easily at home.

Features of this Speaker box - I added a Bluetooth module. It has many features like we directly can insert memory card and use, We can insert pen drive, AUX Cable and also can use FM Radio.

Use fevicol and stick it from 5 sides as shown and use clamp to bond tightly after adding some fevicol in the gap of it.

Then put it for dry. May be 4-5 Hours.

Make Curved Corners

After dried this box, use sand paper to make it smooth and equal from all sides, fold sand paper on thick PVC pipe or on any other surfaces as I used in picture-3 and use it to make curved surface. Rub all front corners of it as much you like.

Take your time and make it smooth as much it should be.

Now take 4-Pcs MDF board and stick it at all 4 corners by keeping 6MM gap for the back panel. These 4-Pcs MDFs are for Screws.

NOTE : Here I am using 4 Pcs because its only 30W. If you are using more than 30W then please use 6-Pcs of MDF Board and stick at the middle of the box.

MVI_4110.00_01_55_29.Still017.jpg

Now make drill for 3" Speakers at left and right side of this box. I used cup drill bit of 3".

If you don't have cup 3" drill bit then please watch this video and learn how I drilled only with drill bit for speaker.

MVI_4110.00_02_30_43.Still025.jpg

Make another 2-drill gap at the down of Bluetooth module to put bass tubes. Here I used electrical wiring PVC pipe for bass tubes.

hI used

Cover Back Panel

MVI_4110.00_03_02_32.Still029.jpg

Next put back cover into the box and make 4-drill gap for the screws where we added 4 small MDF Boards. Then use another bit to make 3MM big hole in drilled gap to get inside the head of screws.

Make Smooth at Back Side

MVI_4110.00_03_04_02.Still030.jpg

MVI_4110.00_03_07_39.Still033.jpg
MVI_4110.00_03_10_25.Still032.jpg

Now guys cut extra out MDF Board and make it smooth by rubbing it with sand paper.

Drill for Switch

MVI_4110.00_03_18_19.Still035.jpg
MVI_4110.00_03_21_47.Still036.jpg
MVI_4110.00_03_23_35.Still037.jpg

Drill for SPST switch at the back panel.

I like to put it at right back corner.

Next we have to paint the speaker box and its back panel.

I am used golden color spray paint. You may paint stylish.

Wait until it's not getting dried.

Drill for Switch

MVI_4110.00_03_54_10.Still045.jpg

Sorry, I forgot to drill for12V DC female power supply jack. So make drill also for it and then

Drill for Speakers

MVI_4110.00_03_51_30.Still043.jpg
MVI_4110.00_03_52_38.Still044.jpg

MVI_4110.00_04_06_06.Still048.jpg

Now put 15W + 15W speakers and tight it using screws.

I prefer zipsum screws because I like it more and make washer for screws. To make washer I used piece of PVC pipe.

Bass Tube

MVI_4110.00_04_11_26.Still049.jpg
MVI_4110.00_04_16_12.Still050.jpg

Stick bass tube pipes using Glue stick. I made these bass tube pipes by own using electrical wiring PVC pipe.

Tight Bluetooth Module

MVI_4110.00_04_30_32.Still052.jpg
MVI_4110.00_04_31_36.Still053.jpg
MVI_4110.00_04_36_04.Still054.jpg

Now I soldered 7805 Voltage regulator IC to the input of this bluetooth panel to get continuous 5V power supply. And tighten it to the speaker box.

Drill for Potentiometers

MVI_4110.00_04_48_06.Still055.jpg
MVI_4110.00_04_48_46.Still056.jpg

To add Volume, Bass and Treble control drill three holes at the top panel of this speaker box.

Make Gap for Potentiometers

MVI_4110.00_04_55_47.Still057.jpg
MVI_4110.00_04_57_29.Still058.jpg
MVI_4110.00_05_03_00.Still059.jpg

For volume, bass and treble potentiometer's nozzel are not perfect to get inside of this 6MM MDF board so please make half gap drill as shown in the pictures to get inside of it at the inside of the top panel.

Connect Wires

MVI_4110.00_05_30_10.Still062.jpg

Now connect the all wires of amplifier board and bass, treble board.

I used TPA3110 class-D amplifier board and transistor bass, treble board.

To understand it's wiring please watch my videos on YouTube -

MVI_4110.00_05_53_00.Still066.jpg
MVI_4110.00_06_01_24.Still067.jpg

Stick potentiometers with glue stick and also the amplifier board & Bass, treble board.

Bind the wires using tie.

Connect Battery

MVI_4110.00_06_06_28.Still068.jpg
MVI_4110.00_06_18_00.Still069.jpg

Now connect the 12V Battery and connect wires of 12V charging socket and switch. I used 1N4007 PN-Junction diode in forward bias to the charging socket.

Cover the Back Panel

MVI_4110.00_06_22_24.Still070.jpg
MVI_4110.00_06_26_36.Still071.jpg

After that stick battery inside of it and fix the back panel to it and screwed it. Even here I am using zipsum screws.

Final

MVI_4110.00_06_30_08.Still072.jpg
MVI_4110.00_07_21_23.Still077.jpg
MVI_4110.00_06_42_41.Still075.jpg

Put the knob of Volume, Bass and Treble and turn on the switch and connect to the bluetooth & play songs..

Uses it's all functions.

• Check it's Volume, Bass and Treble is working or not. If not working then fix it.

NOTE : You can use a Power Light if you want, I don't like in this speaker box that's why I didn't added.
