• double side prototype PCB
• soldering iron
• wires
• two l293d chips

Solder pins for arduino and chips into pcb like at sheme

Connect 5v and gnd from 5.5x2.1 jack to arduino and chips

Connect arduino to PC. Install drivers. Upload sketch
