A super hero fast egg breakfast!!!

Gather Stuff
An egg, a microwave oven and 55 seconds--plus a little entropy for prep and electricity. Add or subtract time for equipment variables and your taste.
The Cooking
Add one egg to 2/3 cup of water in a glass measuring cup and cook for 55 seconds. Adjust time and water for differences in cookware. Egg should be covered by 1/3 inch or so of water.
The Eating
Use eating utensil to drain water from egg and eat in cooking vessel.
Add extas--your favorite bread and spices or make it rancheros with corn tortillas.
SFE with sour dough bread, Veggie sausage, and Jack cheese.
SFE with English muffin with green Pueblo Green Chiles.
SFE with croissant, sausage crumbles and parmesan.
