PREPARE ALL THE INGREDIANTS GIVEN ABOVE..
GRINDING THE INGREDIENTS
**WE WANT TO GRIND ALL THE 3 TOMATOS AND 1 ONION AND MAKE IT AS PASTE AS SHOWN IN THE ABOVE IMAGE..
**DISSOLVE THE TAMRIND IN THE WATER (BY USING YOUR HAND)
PREPARING FISH GRAVY (FRYING)
1) IGNITE THE STOVE AND KEEP A COOKING VESSEL OVER THE BURNER. LET IT BE HEATED
2) POUR 50 ML OF OIL IN THE VESSEL
3) THEN ADD THE FRYING SUPPLIES AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE ABOVE (LET IT FRY )
ADDING ONION AND OTHER GRINDED INGREDIENTS TO THE FRIED SUPPLIES
4) ADD ALL THE CHOPPED ONIONS TO THE FRIED SUPPLIES ( LET THE ONIONS TO FRY WELL AND ATTAIN GOLDEN COLOUR)
5) THEN ADD THE PEELED GARLIC , GREEN CHILLI , CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
6) THEN ADD SOME SALT ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE.
7) ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC POWER
8) THEN ADD THE MASALA (AMOUNT GIVEN IN THE INGREDIENTS)
ADDING THE GRINDED PASTES
9) ADD THE GRINDED PASTE OF TOMATO AND ONION
10) ADD THE DISSOLVED TAMRIND WATER (FILTER THE SEEDS)
11) ADD 100ML DRINKING WATER AND LET IT TO BOIL
ADDING FISH TO THE GRAVY
12) ADD THE FISH IN THE BOILING GRAVY AND COOK IT FOR 3 MINUTES.
