DC MOTOR ROTATION CONTROL

Now we will learn how to control the rotation of a DC motor at 15VDC by means of a push-button pedal NOT for medical use.

FUNCTIONING

The direction of rotation is controlled by means of a circuit known as 'H-Bridge', which is already integrated into the PWM controller. This is how it is known for its shape similar to the letter H.

First we will energize the system with 220VAC because from the same PCB we will control the 15VAC transformer and in turn a switch is integrated to turn the PCB on and off

After turning on the transformer we will use two voltages 12VDC and 15VDC for this they have to go through a wave rectifier and a ripple filter to pass from AC to DC and thus we will obtain the established voltages

a 12VDC voltage will serve us for the control stage and make them switch to the 12VDC relays and the 15VDC will serve us to drive the DC motors and reverse rotation

It should be noted that we will use a pedal to activate the DC motors through NO buttons, which in turn are connected with a cable to the PCB and thus control the direction of rotation of MOTOR 1 and MOTOR 2.
