DAVELIN POLYSAP With Multiple Solutions

After listening Develin words, I felt very happy and I want to be serious on this thing. I want to share my thoughts and ideas through this project. Here I construted this building called DEVELIN POLY SAP.

Develin asked, that he need some facilities and specifications like Natural Light, Energy effecient techniques, Emergency, Cost management methods etc, that he want to implement on his Gym. On this specifications, I implemented some on my building design. I also involved some innovative ideas and technologies to make the things easy and perfect.

On the other hand, we also providing place to the Disabled people. We have to take more special precautions and techniques to manage them and to feel them comfort, happier. During Emergencies, how they should escape from fire etc are also explained.

My Building design what I constructed is mainly focused on Natural light is my main theme, why? I focused only on that? What issues I faced after getting Constructed, may be technical issues or physical issues? If you need answer, lets get started exploring my project.

All Innovative solution, what problems I faced and ideas I explained step by step Below.

The buliding, how I constructed is mainly focused on Natural Light. Yes, everybody knows that, sunlight is good for health producing D vitamin. Ofcourse Natural light has many advantages including health. This building is fully exposed with natural Light makes Energy conservation by spreading Light across the building floors. The design is such a way that the building can be fully exposed to sunlight.

The shape of this building is Perfect square to occupy every inch of site. An Oval shape hole is placed between the centre of square. This oval helps to capture sunlight and diffuses over the floors. So people can enjoy the nature and feel comfortable. In between the oval, Basketball Ball court can be placed.

First floor is the main floor contains Reception hall, Rest Rooms, waiting room, Basketball Court, Enquiry room, Baggage storage. These facilities are arranged half of the floor. Second half of floor contains workout equipments for Disabled people. Why because, in emergency cases disabled person it is easy to exit. The middle part of the building called oval Ground is fully surrounded with sunlight. Oval Ground is an outdoor ground with out Gym equipments.

Ground floor is for parking of vehicles. Now a days parking problems are increasing day by day. People feel uncomfortable, Disabled people cannot park their vehicles easily. So Why not, Smart parking should be provided? Disabled people can manage their own things greatly. With Smart parking, people can find their parking lots using their mobile phone and even Disabled people can handle this easily

Second Floor consists of many Interesting things and Equipments. Such as VR Fitness Games, Magic Tile Fitness Games, 3d and Augmented Reality Fitness.
And also Consists of most common ideal equipments such as

2. Dumbbell set
3. Treadmill
4. Stationary bicycle
5. Barbell Set
6. Rowing machine
7. Low-impact treadmills
8. Ellipticals
9. Balance trainers and resistance bands
Canteen and Lockers are also located at this place.
It is available for all the people who want to workout highly.

In Third Floor, Soft workout equipments are arranged such as hand dumbbells, Thread mill, Bouldering Thread mill, Yoga Classes, Meditation Classes and Mental Health Classes, Garden. Why I chooses third floor because, direct sunlight will fall on this floor. I think Mental Fitness is also a part of Gym fitness.

PROBLEM 1 : SUNLIGHT HEAT

Basically In afternoon time, more heat will be generated through sunlight, in this case Energy consumption will be more in the form of Air-conditioners. This is the main problem I'm facing, so I caught a great solution for rectifying this..

SOLUTION: SAGE GLASS

Sage Glass is an electrochromtic glass film, which turns into both blurr and transparent glass. Sage Glass available in variable colours. This glass film reduces the blue light present in direct sunlight decreases radiations. It also control brightness automatically. We face a lot of Problems in Parking Issues, and Disabled people feel unfortable and difficult to park their vehicles. This problems destroys people attentions, increase in fuel consumption.

SOLUTION: SMART PARKING
Smart Parking Concept idea is a great innovative concept to reduce parking problems. If Develin PolySap Gym cellar is installed with smart parking, Disabled people can able to park their vehicles on their own by tracking with their mobile phones. We give one form of inspiration to make them feel stronger.

Way Finding in new places or large places is a quiet big confusion to people from Child to Adult. All the people who are searching for particular room or hall, they ask others and go to their places. Disabled people many times faced this hard situations. Our Gym is a Big building, it is hard to find the way. To rectify this problem I have a best solution, it is available in affordable price, People get attracted to this and they pay more attention and joyfull for finding and keep exploring the whole building.

SOLUTION : FLOOR SIGNAGES
Floor Signages are the way finders, helps to people find their places what they want without others asking and going. Actually Floor Signages are colourful paints applied on the floor written along Addresses. People get attractive on this and makes them joyfull for fing and keep exploring the whole gym.

In normal Cases, wheel chairs needed separate ramp for moving to upstairs and downstairs. Lifts consume lots of power, or people suffering from Liftophobi it is very dangerous. In case if lift in repair, it is difficult to transfer the disabled people, lifting and holding them is quiet difficult. If separate Ramp is provided, it needed more space .Instead of providing a separate space, why not we find an other alternative to rectify this problem.

SOLUTION : CONVERTIBLE STAIR RAMP
This Convertible Stair Ramp is a Stair case and also converted into plane ramp. It design is awesome and simple controlling. Wheel chairs also can be smoothly moved on this ramp. Any Large Equipments and trolleys also can transferred on this. People can walk easily because it consists of high friction floor, Nobody can slip. It is Available in affordable prices.

In these Pandemic situation, it's not very easy to manage the people crowd, Social Distancing. Even conducting strict rules and 1.5metre distance marking on floor is not suitable. Using Sanitizer, regular cleaning can't prevent more spreading of virus. Only less costumers are allowed them to workout. We have to make something to control spreading covid19 in our gym. A research was previously made, to protect the costumers from virus.

SOLUTION: WORKOUT PODS
Workout Pods are already implemented in cities like Hong Kong, Washington etc. WORKOUT PODS are made of polythene cover or glass stands and are should be placed in 6feet distance each. Equipments should be placed in between those workpods. Cardio Ventilation and lights are need to fixed. This is a best innovative idea for controlling and stop spreading of Covid 19.
It lots a affordable one to withstand the Gym even in hard cases of Pandemic situations.

The Sunlight
Davelin PolySap Gym building design is fully sorrunded by Natural Light. But in closed rooms or specially designed rooms if need Natural light it is possible. Artificial lights are used for lighting the rooms. Artificial lights are not always good for health and it contains blue light radiations which damages the health of people who come to improve their health and fitness. If we make possible to capture the Sunlight and make it allow through this rooms it is a great criteria for health. And no power is consumed. Yes how it is possible?

SOLUTION : LIGHT TUBE CAPTURER
This Light Tube Capturer captures the natural light energy from top building and transfers the light to the rooms where lack of natural is available. Light Tubes diffuses the light into one or more colours like a prism and oberserves the Blue light radiations. No power is needed to operate this. It stays active only at Day time. In case of emergency or fire accident, for disabled people it is hard to escape. On that time lift may not work properly, The people who are in wheel chairs should be stopped on that floor, it is very dangerous to their lives. In case if any fire were occured, the people who are in the gym should leave the building and come out and should stand in assembly point. All will get together in the assembly point and main advantage is, we can easily identify the people who are still missing and stuck in building floors.
