D4E1_No False Alarm Aid

Binnen een woongroep voor mensen met een meervoudige beperking, inclusief een visuele beperking die voortdurend 24/7 begeleiding nodig hebben, is er een urgent probleem met betrekking tot het persoonsalarm. Within a residential group for people with multiple disabilities, including visual impairment who require constant 24/7 supervision, there is an urgent problem regarding the person alarm. In addition, there is a significant risk of false alarms due to frequent bumping of the alarm against objects. These problems require an effective solution to ensure the safety and accessibility of the personal alarm for this specific target group. 1. Knip een stuk stof uit in verhouding tot de afmetingen van de eerder geprinte beschermhoes (in dit voorbeeld: 10cm op 27cm).
2. Stik een dubbele zoom (2x 1cm) aan 1 uiteinde, zodat deze voldoende stevig is voor het drukknopje
3. Bevestig het deel van het drukknopje met de opstaande zijde in het midden op de gemaakte zoom
4. Snijdt een stukje stof uit van 2 cm op 6cm
5. Steek het kleine strookje stof door de bretelclip. Zorg dat de bretelclip in het midden van het strookje zit
6. Naai het strookje op de achterkant van het grotere stuk stof. Op 18 cm van de rand met kleinste sluitstuk van het drukknopje.
7. Zorg ervoor dat het strookje stof zeer stevig op het groter stuk stof genaaid is (bv door een vierkant met kruis in te stikken)
8. Leg de stof recht op recht op elkaar. De kant met het drukknopje op komt ter hoogte van de bretelclip
9. Stik de beide zijnaden van het zakje
10. Keer het zakje binnenstebuiten
11. Vouw en stik vervolgens de zijnaden van de klep van het zakje
12. Werk af door op het einde van de klep van het zakje een dubbele zoom te maken
13. Bevestig het holle deel van het drukknopje in het midden op deze zoom

2. Sew a double hem (2x 1cm) at one end to make it strong enough for the push button.
3. Attach the part of the push button with the upright side in the middle of the made hem
4. Cut a piece of fabric of 2cm by 6cm
5. Insert the small strip of fabric through the suspender clip. Make sure the brace clip is in the middle of the strip
6. Sew the strip to the back of the larger piece of fabric. At 18 cm from the edge with smallest closure piece of the suspender clip.
7. Make sure the strip of fabric is sewn very firmly to the larger piece of fabric (e.g. by stitching in a square with a cross)
8. Lay the fabric straight on top of each other. The side with the press stud will be at the height of the brace clip
9. Sew both side seams of the pocket
10. Turn the pocket inside out
11. Fold and stitch the side seams of the pocket flap
12. Finish by making a double hem at the end of the pocket flap
13. Attach the hollow part of the snap button in the middle of this hem
